Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Persson Food Services Inc.

Job Summary:

The Food Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring the efficient operation of our food counter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and portion food items, such as sandwiches, salads, and snacks, according to our menu and quality standards.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the food counter, kitchen, and dining area.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless service and efficient operation of the food counter.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a food service or customer service role an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
