Mental Health Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Clinician to join our team at Fraser Health Authority. As a key member of our Mental Health and Substance Use Services, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals and families affected by mental illness and substance use disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for clients with complex mental health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including intensive individual and group therapy, liaison with community resources, and care coordination support.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Provide education and support to clients and families, promoting self-determination and independence.
- Contribute to the development of programs and services, ensuring a coordinated and integrated approach to mental health care.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, or a related field.
- Two years of recent experience working with clients and families with mental health and substance use disorders.
- Eligibility for registration with a relevant professional association.
- Valid Class V British Columbia driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for business purposes.
