Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
  • Ensure produce displays are visually appealing by facing, filling, and organizing products to meet company standards.
  • Cut and prepare fresh fruit and vegetables for value-added products.
  • Unload, organize, and put away produce in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor temperatures, clean equipment, and workspaces to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • An enthusiastic approach to work, with a self-motivated attitude.
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs consistently, with a focus on physical stamina.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
