About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Partnerships Hub at Simon Fraser University. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic partnerships that drive growth, innovation, and revenue generation for the university.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with executive decision-makers in industry, government, and community organizations.
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with the university's strategic goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and deliver on partner-driven initiatives.
  • Manage large, concurrent projects/initiatives with multiple stakeholders and partners.
  • Develop and pitch new partner initiatives to increase revenue generation or reputation.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Policy, or a relevant discipline.
  • Eight years of related experience in strategic account management and building and delivering on partner-driven initiatives.
  • Expert knowledge of partnership strategies, tools, and tactics.
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentorship skills.
