Core Responsibilities
  • Conduct demonstrations of USVs, including mission planning and execution
  • Develop and cultivate sales leads through proactive outreach and relationship management
  • Deliver engaging customer presentations and prepare comprehensive quotations
  • Create compelling proposals and respond to RFP opportunities
  • Utilize and maintain our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Provide customer support and assist in managing service and sales contracts
  • Represent OOR at industry events, showcasing our technology and capabilities
  • Collaborate with engineering and sales & marketing teams to relay customer needs and market trends
Requirements
  • Degree in engineering, marine sciences, ocean technology, or a related discipline
  • 3+ years of sales experience in uncrewed maritime systems, oceanographic or hydrographic sensors, or related technologies
  • Proven ability to operate small vessels and familiarity with marine operations
  • Proficient in sales software tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, Confluence, and Slack
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts
  • Self-driven with demonstrated leadership abilities and a history of professional accomplishments
  • Adaptable and thrives in a dynamic startup environment
  • Enthusiastic about innovative technology and its potential for positive change
  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
  • Willingness to travel for demonstrations, sales meetings, and industry events
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain necessary certifications for marine operations
