Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring that our clients' IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits
