Personal Support Worker - Casual

We are currently seeking a dedicated and caring Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join our team on a casual basis. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the well-being of our residents by providing personalized care and support.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct personal care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Offer emotional and social support to residents and their families, including those requiring palliative care.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by working collaboratively with your colleagues.
Qualifications:
  • Completion of a recognized Personal Support Worker (PSW) program certificate or diploma.
  • A genuine passion for providing quality care to seniors.
  • Experience with care planning systems and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling you to interact positively with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • French language proficiency is an asset but not required.
