About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead the launch of new products in our manufacturing operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth transition of new products from Advanced Product Development to Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a seamless transition of new products from Advanced Product Development to Operations.
  • Lead the advanced manufacturing team and support teams to a flawless launch.
  • Apply technical knowledge and expertise to ensure robust manufacturing process design prior to launch.
  • Manage performance deliverables such as implementation of CI suggestions, scrap reduction initiatives, and OEE improvements.
  • Support technical and manufacturing solutions, including engineering and design, to achieve goals and objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering Degree/Diploma, or applicable trade.
  • Minimum 5 years+ experience in a similar role, conducting higher-level analysis and prioritizing tasks.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of software in current use, including FMEA and APQP.
