Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare samples for analysis, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of laboratory activities, including sample preparation, testing, and results.
  • Dispose of waste and perform general laboratory clean-up as needed.
  • Monitor and maintain adequate supplies, including chemicals, reagents, and equipment.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Laboratory Supervisor or Laboratory Manager.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to perform simple calculations and maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Accurate and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and learn quickly.
