We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department at Tumbler Ridge Community Health Centre. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the delivery of high-quality emergency services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing services in a fast-paced emergency environment, prioritizing patient care and safety.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based guidelines in emergency nursing.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and staff satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams, promoting a culture of respect and compassion.
- Current registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Commitment to ongoing education and professional development, with a focus on emergency nursing and patient care.
