Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Tile Installation Assistant to support our operations at MODENA TILING INC. This role involves assisting in various tasks related to tile setting and construction.

Educational Requirements
  • No formal education, certificate, or diploma required.
Work Environment

The work environment is typically dusty and involves various locations, providing a dynamic setting for your daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport and manage construction materials efficiently.
  • Set up and take down concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, and barricades.
  • Mix, pour, and distribute materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Ensure the ground is leveled according to precise specifications.
  • Organize and clean salvaged materials.
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks.
  • Address chemical spills and other contaminants safely.
  • Clear rubble and debris from construction sites.
  • Assist in operating machinery and equipment used in construction.
Work Conditions

This position requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment, often under tight deadlines and involving heavy lifting.

Experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
  • Employment duration: Permanent.
