We are seeking a highly skilled Sterilization Technician to join our team at RiteBite Orthodontics Oakville. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients and families in a warm and welcoming manner.
  • Assist in the sterilization and turnover/cleaning of hygiene chairs between patients.
  • Document all sterilization cycles and maintain accurate records.
  • Exit patients from the clinic with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Maintain a clean and organized clinical area, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
  • Prepare and maintain all dental instruments, supplies, and equipment.
  • Perform other tasks as delegated by the Orthodontist or leadership team.
Requirements:
  • Level 2 Dental Assistant certification is required.
  • Lab/Sterilization Technician experience is considered an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to make patients feel comfortable and at ease.
  • Great time management and organizational skills.
