Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Biochemical Research Specialist to contribute to the development of advanced cryopreservation techniques for our iPSC-derived cell therapy products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine cryopreservation methodologies and formulations for various cell therapy products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Process Development, Research, Analytical Development, Quality Control, and Manufacturing.
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments focused on cryoformulation and fill/finish processes, applying principles of cryobiology.
- Identify critical process parameters and implement suitable analytical methods to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate the transfer of cryopreservation processes to compliant manufacturing facilities or contract development and manufacturing organizations (CDMOs).
- Prepare comprehensive experimental proposals, standard operating procedures, and technical documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of experimental data in electronic laboratory notebooks, adhering to quality management standards.
- Present scientific findings in both internal and external forums.
Qualifications:
- Doctoral or Master’s degree in Biological Sciences, such as Biochemistry, Immunology, or Molecular Biology.
- Experience: 0-2 years in an industry setting, with a preference for candidates holding a PhD.
- Proficient in molecular techniques, including cell imaging, flow cytometry, qPCR, and ddPCR.
- Familiarity with data processing and statistical analysis software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong technical writing capabilities.
