Job Title: Water Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Technician to join our team at ServiceMaster Restore. As a Water Technician, you will play a critical role in restoring properties affected by water damage, ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to emergency calls and assess water damage situations
  • Develop and implement effective restoration plans to minimize damage and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with project managers and technicians to complete restoration projects
  • Conduct daily inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies
  • Document all work performed and maintain accurate records
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in disaster restoration or a related field
  • Valid G driver's license
  • IICRC certifications an asset
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rate: $20.00-$23.00
  • Full-time schedule with on-call shifts
