Position: Site Operations Supervisor

Company: Procor Limited

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct the facility and on-site personnel
  • Offer direction and support to team members while cultivating a constructive work atmosphere
  • Ensure achievement of production goals while managing expenses
  • Enhance team member capabilities for future advancement and maintain appropriate staffing levels
  • Engage in effective communication with clients to guarantee smooth operations
  • Execute strategies for operational improvements
  • Emphasize safety and uphold regulations
  • Efficiently manage inventory and materials
  • Timely submission of necessary reports
  • Other related responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Eligibility to work in Canada
  • Preferably possess a post-secondary degree
  • 2-3 years of experience in team leadership
  • Understanding of process management and quality control
  • Outstanding safety record
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to travel and stay overnight as required
