Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research to identify consumer demand and trends, and determine sales strategies accordingly.
- Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies.
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, and develop marketing strategies to promote sales.
- Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and resolve issues that may arise.
- Supervise office and volunteer staff, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 35 hours per week.
