Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated General Manager who will embody our commitment to exceptional service and operational excellence. In this leadership role, you will inspire and guide a diverse team, ensuring that every guest receives outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support restaurant management by providing necessary resources and tools for success.
  • Adhere to Tim Hortons operational standards while preparing products and managing equipment.
  • Mentor a diverse management team to uphold Tim Hortons' high operational standards.
  • Foster a respectful and communicative team environment.
  • Oversee inventory management, food costs, and labor levels across multiple locations.
  • Ensure consistent operational standards across 9 restaurants.
