Business Analyst - LIBOR Derivatives

CB Canada is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Toronto, ON. As a Business Analyst - LIBOR Derivatives, you will play a critical role in the delivery of high-quality business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Plan, manage, and oversee the end-to-end delivery of requirements throughout the lifecycle of the project, ensuring alignment with business and enterprise needs and strategies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Provide leadership and work collaboratively with stakeholders, including business, technology, and finance partners, to support project benefits and changes to business processes, policies, and systems.
  • Requirements Management: Identify, document, and validate current state processes and work with the business and stakeholders to design the desired future state, ensuring full requirements traceability and prioritization.
  • Business Analysis: Analyze impacts to customers, stakeholders, employees, process, technology solutions to achieve business results, and provide recommendations and direction based on the end-to-end customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1 year of experience working on Libor derivative projects or similar experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong BA background, comfortable deriving requirements, documenting, gathering requirements, working with stakeholders, identifying intersections with stakeholders. Project management experience, JIRA and Confluence, Excel for data analysis, stakeholder management skills, and knowledge of interest rate derivatives within capital markets.
