Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Quicker Foods Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our fast-paced environment.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service counter attendants and food preparers, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure seamless meal preparation.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Standing for extended periods and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
