We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at East Side Marios Huntsville. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they are clean and well-maintained.
- Staff Training: Train kitchen staff and helpers in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain inventory levels.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment with a fast-paced atmosphere.
- Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and working in a physically demanding environment.
