The Role:

PART-TIME SALES & MERCHANDISING SPECIALIST - PRINCE GEORGE - APPROX HRS PER WEEK

COMPENSATION: $18-$19/HR

Position Highlights:

Your mission is to become the brand ambassador. With your dynamic personality, you will ensure that the products you represent are showcased effectively at retail locations. This involves achieving coverage goals, enhancing product distribution and visibility, executing brand strategies, and nurturing relationships with essential store personnel.

We rely on YOU to ensure our client's products outperform the competition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Initiatives: Create displays, implement point-of-sale materials, and ensure Plan-o-Gram adherence.
  • Merchandising Duties: Manage main shelf displays and stock replenishment.
  • Support Product Launches: Assist in introducing new products to the market.
  • Inventory Management: Identify and rectify distribution gaps and out-of-stock situations.
  • Relationship Building: Foster excellent customer service with key store staff.
  • Call Coverage: Meet daily retail call targets.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor product quality standards.
  • Data Collection: Utilize an iPad for gathering and reporting field insights.
