KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support residents in their daily routines and activities
  • Facilitate meal service and assist with dining needs
  • Provide companionship and engage residents in social activities
  • Follow established guidelines and protocols for resident assistance

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Capable of fulfilling assigned responsibilities both mentally and physically
  • Strong communication abilities with residents and colleagues
  • Exhibits empathy and possesses organizational skills
  • Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Fluent in the English language
