Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Krave Supplements Inc. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine Services and Operational Procedures: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure the smooth running of our restaurant, including determining the type of services to be offered and implementing procedures to meet customer needs.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial management and control.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate the performance of our team members and provide feedback and coaching to improve their skills and productivity.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies and materials to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant complies with all health and safety regulations, including ensuring that our team members follow proper food handling and preparation procedures.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure that we receive the best possible prices and services.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our restaurant and attract new customers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Work Setting: Urban area.
- Budgetary Responsibility: $500,001 - $1,500,000.
- Supervision: 3-4 people.
- Certificates, Licenses, Memberships, and Courses: Serving It Right Certificate.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks.
- Personal Suitability: Team player.
