Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team at Trans-Logic Freight Systems Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our truck drivers, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of truck drivers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and adherence to company policies.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to truck drivers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on truck driver performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all truck drivers adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Materials and Equipment: Coordinate the requisition and ordering of materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for truck operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, and flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong time management and prioritization skills.
