Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Guide and instruct apprentices in the craft.
  • Replace and repair various vehicle components including front end parts, body panels, doors, and underbody sections.
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by filing, grinding, and sanding.
  • Mask and tape areas of the vehicle to ensure precision during painting.
  • Apply primers and finish coats to restore vehicle aesthetics.
  • Repair or replace interior components as necessary.
  • Mix paints to achieve desired colors and finishes.
  • Straighten bent frames using specialized equipment.
Work Environment
  • Fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
  • Requires bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Overtime may be necessary.
  • Extended periods of standing are expected.
