Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our team, including managing daily operations and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures, ensuring a fair and respectful work environment.
- Plan and organize daily operations, establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and maintain a record of important decisions and actions.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure a well-organized and functional work environment.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, and ensure that all necessary materials and information are prepared and available.
- Manage training and development strategies to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Oversee the preparation of reports, maintain accurate records, and ensure that all necessary documents and information are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure that our office is well-stocked and equipped to meet the needs of our team.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people.
- Permanent position with a regular full-time schedule.
- English language required.
- 32 to 40 hours per week.
