Personal Injury Law Clerk Job Description

The HR Pro is seeking a highly skilled Personal Injury Law Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our litigation support team, you will play a critical role in managing personal injury cases from inception to settlement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Preparation: Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, affidavits, and discovery requests.
  • Case Management: Manage case files, maintain client contact, and update file status regularly.
  • Medical Record Review: Organize and review medical reports, accident benefits forms, and expert witness documentation.
  • Communication: Liaise with insurance companies, medical professionals, and other legal parties.
  • Support to Lawyers: Assist lawyers in preparing for trials, mediations, and settlements.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Law Clerk diploma or relevant certification.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
