About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at New Leaf Painting Ltd. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting our painters with various tasks, ensuring the smooth execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites
  • Assist painters with mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials, and remove rubble and debris from construction sites
  • Participate in cleaning up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Work under pressure and perform repetitive tasks as required
Requirements
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential
  • Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from supervisors
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks in various weather conditions
  • Experience an asset, but not required
