Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed estimates of labor and material costs.

  • Conduct economic feasibility studies and preliminary estimates for upcoming projects.

  • Establish cost monitoring and reporting systems.
  • Maintain a directory of suppliers and trade contractors.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors regarding cost estimates.
  • Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) tools.
QualificationsCertificates and Licenses
  • CADD Course completion is preferred.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Database management.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Word.
Experience
  • Experience in commercial, industrial, and institutional construction is advantageous.
  • Project size estimating experience ranging from $0 to $4,000,000.
