Financial Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Coordinator to join our team at Canadian Orthodontic Partners. As a key member of our Bridgewater, Nova Scotia office, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and update financial records, including payments and contracts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to inquiries and resolving financial concerns.
  • Process insurance claims and reconcile payments.
  • Manage daily finances, including balancing and reconciling accounts.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with insurance companies.
  • Track and update patient information, including insurance changes.
  • Communicate with patients and guardians regarding appointments and office policies.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries.
Requirements:
  • Administrative experience, preferably in a financial or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
