Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Service Associate to join our team at Coach, a leading design house of modern luxury accessories and lifestyle collections. As a Sales and Service Associate, you will be responsible for creating personal sales and clienteling strategies in partnership with the management team, understanding changes in local market trends, and supporting the execution of local sales strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personal sales and clienteling strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Stay up-to-date on local market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Monitor and achieve personal and store metrics, including sales performance and customer satisfaction
  • Flex personal selling techniques to contribute to overall store financial results
  • Develop product knowledge skills and remain aware of current collections
  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador at all times
  • Adhere to all retail policies and procedures, including POS, Operations, and Loss Prevention procedures
  • Leverage Coach's tools and technology to support relationship building and clienteling efforts
Requirements
  • Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills, including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends, and busy seasons
  • Physical ability to maneuver the sales floor and stock room to provide and support customer service
