Job Summary

UPS is seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join our team as a Casual Feeder Driver. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for safely transporting packages in residential and commercial areas, utilizing your excellent customer service skills and knowledge of navigation to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and pick up packages in a safe and timely manner, adhering to UPS's high standards of customer service and safety.
  • Utilize technology to effectively aid in delivery services, including navigation and tracking.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 70 lbs. and navigating with map books.
  • Hold a valid class 1 manual transmission driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. without assistance and 150 lbs. with assistance.
  • Ability to read and navigate with map books.
  • Minimum 21 years of age (for insurance purposes).
  • Valid class 1 manual and automatic transmission driver's license.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Benefits

  • Starting hourly rate: $28/h ($9.00 hourly bonus).
