Customer Care Specialist

Amplifon , a prominent name in the hearing care industry, is expanding its presence in Canada and is in search of dedicated Client Care Coordinators who are committed to providing exceptional, tailored customer service to individuals in need of hearing assistance. Our extensive network of clinics across Canada enables our Client Care Coordinators to make a significant impact on the lives of countless Canadians experiencing hearing challenges.
Role Overview:
As a Client Care Coordinator, you play a crucial role in transforming lives by helping individuals reconnect with the joy of sound. Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the initial point of contact for customers, ensuring a compassionate and personalized experience while setting clear expectations for their clinic visit.
- Overseeing the scheduling and confirmation of appointments for both new and returning clients.
- Preparing Hearing Care Professionals for client appointments by relaying pertinent customer information.
- Converting both inbound and outbound calls into scheduled appointments and driving marketing initiatives through effective management of callback and lead lists.
- Maintaining an accurate customer database by regularly updating customer records.
- Generating invoices for services rendered; processing customer payments and ensuring precise financial documentation.
- Informing customers about Amplifon’s programs, products, and services while addressing any inquiries they may have.
- Ensuring smooth clinic operations by managing inventory and organization, assisting customers with basic hearing aid maintenance and repairs, and proactively addressing clinic and customer needs.
- Collaborating with team members to foster a welcoming, efficient, and high-performing clinic environment that adheres to company operational and quality standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A diploma in business or medical administration is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, ideally in a healthcare setting.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience.
- Familiarity with the hearing aid industry is advantageous.
Essential Skills:
- Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Capacity to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Commitment to professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in prioritizing tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
- Competence in MS Windows and Office applications.
- Knowledge of insurance and agency coverage for hearing care services is a plus.
