Our extensive network of clinics across Canada enables our Client Care Coordinators to make a significant impact on the lives of countless Canadians experiencing hearing challenges.

Role Overview:

As a Client Care Coordinator, you play a crucial role in transforming lives by helping individuals reconnect with the joy of sound. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the initial point of contact for customers, ensuring a compassionate and personalized experience while setting clear expectations for their clinic visit.
  • Overseeing the scheduling and confirmation of appointments for both new and returning clients.
  • Preparing Hearing Care Professionals for client appointments by relaying pertinent customer information.
  • Converting both inbound and outbound calls into scheduled appointments and driving marketing initiatives through effective management of callback and lead lists.
  • Maintaining an accurate customer database by regularly updating customer records.
  • Generating invoices for services rendered; processing customer payments and ensuring precise financial documentation.
  • Informing customers about Amplifon’s programs, products, and services while addressing any inquiries they may have.
  • Ensuring smooth clinic operations by managing inventory and organization, assisting customers with basic hearing aid maintenance and repairs, and proactively addressing clinic and customer needs.
  • Collaborating with team members to foster a welcoming, efficient, and high-performing clinic environment that adheres to company operational and quality standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A diploma in business or medical administration is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, ideally in a healthcare setting.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Familiarity with the hearing aid industry is advantageous.

Essential Skills:

  • Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Capacity to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Commitment to professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
  • Proficiency in prioritizing tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
  • Competence in MS Windows and Office applications.
  • Knowledge of insurance and agency coverage for hearing care services is a plus.
