Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored advice and solutions.
  • Work closely with colleagues and partners to deliver trusted financial advice and sales expertise to customers.
  • Create and implement financial plans that meet the needs of our customers, leveraging relevant financial planning tools and resources.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements
  • Proven sales management experience and ability to market financial products and services.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Licenses to sell mutual funds and working towards the CIFP Diploma in Financial Planning (or Bank recognized equivalent).
