Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise, tracking stock levels, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales performance and store operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a retail environment
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
Work Environment

Our retail store operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and excellent communication skills. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be expected to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout your shift.
