We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A Bread Affair.
Job SummaryThe Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including training and development.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of food orders and deliveries.
- 1-6 months of experience in a food service environment.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a bakery environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring the highest quality food products.
