Operations Supervisor

Gifft Express Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our transportation department.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational plans to ensure efficient use of resources
- Co-ordinate activities with other departments to achieve organizational goals
- Prepare and submit reports to management on operational performance
- Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure high levels of performance
- College diploma or equivalent in a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and transportation management software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour work week. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
