About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and pet-loving individual to join our team as a Pet Ambassador Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for representing our significant pet brand and increasing brand awareness and sales in-store and at events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tidy and face client's products on shelves, ensuring they are easily accessible to pet parents.
  • Build and maintain relationships with store associates, store management, and pet parents to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Provide store associates with pet health, nutrition, and product knowledge to increase recommendations and sales.
  • Delight customers by sharing pet health and nutrition information and making personalized product recommendations for their pets.
  • Set up demos/displays as required to showcase our products and services.
  • Maintain and leverage client's provided material to engage associates and pet parents.

Requirements

  • Be a pet enthusiast who cares about pets, pet health, and pet nutrition.
  • Access to reliable transportation to get to and from multiple stores in your area.
  • Experience working with pets is preferred, but not required.
  • RVT, AHT, BSc, or MSc in the pet field is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
