Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team at J&T Machine Knife Inc. as a Metal Fabrication Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and fitting metal structures, operating heavy-duty machines, and ensuring high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assembly and Fabrication: Assemble and fit metal plates and sections to form structures, ensuring accurate and precise measurements.
  • Metal Working: Operate heavy-duty metal-working machines, such as cutting torches, drills, grinders, and CNC machines, to fabricate metal components.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and test fabricated metal components to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on metal-working equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with production team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in metal fabrication or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of metal fabrication techniques, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position in an urban area. The work environment is physically demanding, requiring manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail.
