Senior Information Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Information Systems Analyst to join our team at Cpus Engineering Staffing Solutions Inc. This role will involve supporting enterprise information management systems projects in partnership with IT Projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with Lines of Business (LOBs) to define IT requirements to meet business needs.
  • Assess and support information technology systems and products.
  • Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of business process programs and associated documentation.
  • Prepare test plans and review test results for efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with user requirements.
  • Act as a high-level technical resource to staff, providing guidance on information technology products and services.
  • Provide consultative services and specialized expertise in IT areas to assist users in defining functional requirements and operational constraints.
  • Make recommendations to clients to improve business processes and prepare business-case documentation.
  • Develop and review requirements and solution proposals with users and other IT departments.
  • Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of business process programs and provide consulting to business units.
  • Prepare project assessment reports and coordinate project-related information.

Requirements:

  • Thorough knowledge of business principles and processes for consulting and project services.
  • Excellent knowledge of information technology and systems for managing IT projects and developing policies.
  • Knowledge of Project Management methodologies, techniques, and processes.
  • Understanding of business methods, processes, and change management theories.
  • Proficiency in English, both oral and written, for effective communication.
  • Completion of a four-year university degree in business administration or computer science, or equivalent education.
  • Experience with OpenText Documentum and/or ABB-Hitachi Asset Suite is critical.
