We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Program Manager to join our team at Arc'teryx. As a key member of our Retail Strategic Initiatives team, you will be responsible for driving and delivering global, scalable strategies to attain our business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with leadership to ensure that short and long-term initiatives are prioritized, budgeted for, and incorporated into the strategic business plan.
- Shaping program level approaches for large scale business transformations.
- Support and advise on program management activities, including project governance, defining ways of working, identifying key stakeholders, and defining key meeting cadence.
- Oversee overarching change management and delivery of large scale initiatives.
- Develop and refine program management standards, tools, methodologies, and reporting.
- Work cross-functionally to identify risks, create proactive solutions, and communicate to senior leaders.
As a Retail Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including:
- Program and change management for global transformational projects and smaller-scale initiatives.
- Our omnichannel roadmap, including the next iteration of our POS and RFID systems.
- Our new Retail Workforce Management (WFM) System.
- Our retail reporting roadmap.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of large-scale project experience in program and change management, with the ability to pull multiple teams together to lead global projects.
- Background in change management and training for large-scale projects to cross-functional teams.
- 3+ years of work experience within a retail support function.
- Extensive knowledge of store-level guest experience, operational processes, including recruiting, scheduling, training, inventory management, visual merchandising, etc.
- Exceptional leadership capabilities with a demonstrated experience building high-performing teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build, maintain, and influence relationships at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to excel at executive-level communications.
- Commitment to excellence, continuous improvement, and personal development.
- Proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions.
- Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity.
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel (domestically and internationally) as required.
