Position Overview
As an Account Manager in the real estate sector, your primary responsibility is to identify, cultivate, and sustain business relationships with a clientele primarily consisting of small enterprises within the property market. Your goal is to promote and sell products and services that drive growth for the organization. Leveraging your technical expertise and thorough understanding of relevant procedures, standards, and guidelines, you will represent, negotiate, and engage with companies in agreements that have a moderate impact on the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish, nurture, and maintain tailored business relationships with existing and prospective clients to promote and sell the offerings of Desjardins.
- Act as a liaison between the business center and clients, ensuring proper utilization and satisfaction with the products and services provided. Analyze client feedback and propose viable solutions.
- Assess client needs, develop customized solutions, and prepare a comprehensive service offering. Negotiate terms with clients as necessary.
- Propose strategies to meet the business center's objectives, including enhancing business volume, managing risks prudently, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Identify business opportunities and refer them to the appropriate personnel to address client needs effectively.
- Comply with all relevant policies, practices, and legal standards governing financial products and services.
- Utilize market intelligence to pinpoint opportunities for business development that enhance the competitiveness of the offerings.
- Participate in promotional activities and engage in public relations efforts to strengthen the business community presence.
- Remain attentive to client needs to ensure satisfaction and sound risk management across all portfolios.

Qualifications
