  • Compliance Assurance: Guarantee adherence to design specifications and contractual obligations.
  • Field Engineering Supervision: Direct all construction and engineering efforts on-site.
  • Schedule and Budget Management: Take charge of the project timeline, financial planning, and system commissioning.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets the established company and project quality standards.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Uphold the BGL Contractors Health and Safety Program to foster a secure working environment.
  • Conflict Resolution: Aid in resolving issues related to work disruptions and budgetary or scheduling challenges.
Reporting Structure:

The Project Superintendent will report directly to the Project Manager and will be responsible for leading site personnel and subcontractors towards the successful completion of construction projects. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including consultants, owners, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies, to ensure project profitability and compliance with contractual obligations.
