We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Eagle Poultry. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for preparing and cutting meats to meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and prepare meats for processing and cutting
- Cut and trim meats to order
- Wrap and package prepared meats
- Remove bones from meat
- Weigh and price meat products
- Sell meats to customers
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
