Job Title: Merchandising Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Merchandising Team Lead to join our team in Canada. As a Merchandising Team Lead, you will be responsible for merchandising and resetting products at retail accounts to ensure customer and client expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement customer-approved schematics and planograms with all items tagged and approved by store management.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Complete accurate and timely reporting, recaps, timesheets, and expense reports.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 0-2 years of experience in retail merchandising and/or selling.
  • Strong self-management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to lift and/or push up to 35 kgs and stand on feet for long periods of time.
What We Offer:
  • $18/h pay.
  • Morning/Day Time (No Nights Or Weekends) schedule.
  • Flexible Schedule.
