Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food is prepared and served to our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service.
  • Operations and Administration: Prepare budgets and cost estimates, requisition food and kitchen supplies, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and a client-focused approach.
