- Operational Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage processing department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and control production costs, inventory levels, and quality control measures.
- Personnel Management
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of production staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Quality and Safety
- Ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Implement and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a food and beverage processing environment.
