Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT intern to join our team at CAE. As an IT intern, you will have the opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary team responsible for the Microsoft 365 solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and validate anomalies related to user accounts (Active Directory).
  • Identify unowned and/or obsolete SharePoint sites.
  • Identify Teams sites without owners and/or obsolete.
  • Contribute to the analysis and prioritization for a Teams Voice deployment.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Office 365 products: Exchange, Teams, SharePoint.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Basic knowledge of Teams telephony.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Interest in learning and professional development.
  • English and French bilingualism is an asset.

Additional Requirements

  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
  • Must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP).
