We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pilot, Captain to join our team at Bombardier. As a key member of our flight test team, you will be responsible for conducting production ground and flight tests to validate the airworthiness of our aircraft.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct demonstration flights to potential customers to showcase the capabilities of our aircraft.
- Conduct Customer Acceptance flights to ensure our aircraft meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
- Carry out pre and post-flight activities to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft.
- May be required to support the weekend schedule for extended periods and work irregular hours.
- May be required to support the Bombardier Flight Test Center and carry out manual and other documentation review.
- Hold a valid Canadian ATPL and a Class 1 medical.
- Have a minimum of 3,500 hours of total flight time with 500 hours PIC on large multi-engine aircraft.
- Have flexibility to work irregular hours and to travel on short notice.
- Have previous flight test experience or a strong technical background in certification or training, which is a definite asset.
- A US ATP is an asset.
- Have the right to work and live in Canada is required.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have the ability to work with a team and execute the duties of an aircraft commander while maintaining a positive and cooperative relationship with the crew and management.
- Be able to manage stressful situations.
- Have working knowledge of MS Office.
