Job Summary

Fountain Tire is seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert product knowledge and technical support to customers to build business and drive sales
  • Offer service quotes and receive customer authorization for work to be performed
  • Finalize sales and conduct customer follow-up to ensure satisfaction
  • Schedule customer appointments for tire and mechanical service
  • Recommend tire service, specialty tire service, wheel and mechanical service to customers
  • Ensure accurate billing of products to customers

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Inside Sales, or Commercial Tire Technician
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driver's abstract
  • Ability to work Saturdays
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
